The Donna Maria Company is a special events company with a difference. Our performers are all children.

We train our little performers to a level of excellence that is not normally expected of children who are much older.
Our children are trusted in delicate situations where not only performance quality is essential but the levels of behaviour required are very high. Our members have performed at events ranging from ‘All the Queen’s Horses’ for Her Majesty the Queen at Windsor to SMTVLive with Ant and Dec, and Blue Peter.

But these children are all from the local community in South London.
They are all taking part in our “train and display” program.
We offer a full training - free of charge - to all comers. The system aims to encourage children who would otherwise not be able to pay for a performance training, as well as those who could.
We are a charity (The Children’s Theatre Company of London - No, 291395) registered with the charity commission and are staffed entirely by unpaid volunteers.

We aim to provide not only a performance training to our members but to encourage reliability, manners, values, team work, self esteem and fitness. Our members not only have a great time going to major events with their friends but improve their communication skills and inter-personal skills. Their time in the company stands them in good stead for the rest of their lives.
